Backstory: What Inspired These Products?
We’ve been cooking simply for years but wanted to take the Minimalist Baker ethos to a whole new level and create products that simplify the cooking process even more.
Our products are so easy to use — just dump, stir, and bake. Because we know you’re busy and need simplicity (us, too!).
We also know how challenging it can be to find really good gluten-free (and vegan) food. Our products make a whole range of treats that are undetectably vegan and gluten-free, incredibly DELICIOUS, and SO EASY to create!
What Products are Available?
1:1 Gluten-Free Flour Blend
We knew we wanted to package our signature gluten-free blend because honestly, we’re tired of making it — ha! But also, we knew it could be even better.
After meticulous reformulation and testing, it’s now a versatile, effective, 1:1 replacement for all-purpose flour in your favorite recipes. We know it will be a staple in your kitchen just like it is in ours.
Unlike many gluten-free flour blends on the market, our blend has a higher ratio of wholesome whole grains and complex starches instead of being heavier in refined starches. The result is satisfying baked goods with structure that don’t sacrifice flavor!

What’s a celebration without cake? We knew we wanted to create an all-star chocolate cake that was vegan, gluten-free, and naturally sweetened. But was it possible? YES!
Presenting: The classic Chocolate Cake + Cupcake Mix of our DREAMS! This mix makes fluffy, moist, decadent chocolate cake and cupcakes that are undetectably gluten-free, vegan, and refined sugar-free.

Minimalist Baker started with pancakes, so it only felt right to launch our product line with a kick-ass pancake mix. It was destiny.
Our 1-bowl mix makes super fluffy pancakes + crispy waffles using wholesome ingredients. It’s magic!
Plus, it’s vegan, gluten-free, and naturally sweetened without sacrificing flavor. Use it to make breakfast or brunch a cinch, or make and freeze (for when you need a waffle from the freezer like now).
