A brand-new health food store has arrived at Peak Village, a shopping complex in Rowsley. Grape Tree is a health foods and wellbeing chain and it has now opened its Peak District store which is just a stone’s throw from Chatsworth House and Gardens.
The registered organic retailer has been transforming the new store and has now opened for business. It says products on offer include the key elements of a healthy diet, whether the focus is on proteins, carbohydrates, fibre, healthy fats, vitamins or antioxidants.
The new team at the 130th Grape Tree store to open, manager Theresa Harwood, Jayne Lester and Margaret Elliott, are already welcoming customers to the new store which stocks a huge range of whole foods and wellbeing products across its UK store network. Grape Tree says that the Peak District has been on its “wishlist” for locations for a long time.

Nick added: “It has been a privilege to be able to create new jobs throughout and beyond the pandemic and we look forward to becoming a byword for affordable health foods across the Peak District.”
Customers to the shop can also pick up a copy of the chain’s free health food magazine which has a chance to win £100 in vouchers. The store is located at Unit 12 Chatsworth Rd, Rowsley, Matlock DE4 2JE.
